Inquiry Forms
Inquiry forms from Dubsado were embedded right on relevant pages of the website, so someone could easily reach out for more information if they liked my work.
The form seamlessly fit in with the rest of the site, and a workflow was triggered to welcome them and let them know what to expect.
Proposal Process
Project proposals were hosted in Dubsado, so they could be easily tied to a contract and invoice should the lead decide to book. I designed my proposals to share a little bit about myself, the design I recommend for them and a mood board based on their inquiry, and estimated cost of the project.
I worked hard to make the proposals feel welcoming and exciting, with just enough detail to help the couples feel confident moving forward.
Design Approval
I wanted every step of working with me to feel intentional and considered. My goal was to make the review and feedback process enjoyable and exciting.
Custom Dubsado questionnaires and subcontracts showcased their proposed designs in detailed mockups and outlined all specs underneath. Clients could easily leave notes on individual aspects and the design as a whole.
